x44bet Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

01Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document more clearly.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use x44bet, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception. x44bet reserves the right to request documentation proving eligibility at any point during your account's lifetime.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process.
• You must not already hold an existing x44bet account — one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is the firm rule.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list previously submitted to x44bet or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or third party for another individual.

Registration Process

Registration at x44bet requires a valid email address, a mobile number registered in Pakistan, a chosen username and password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria above. x44bet will send a verification link or code to confirm your contact details. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 72 hours may be deactivated automatically.

03Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x44bet login credentials. x44bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact x44bet support immediately at support@x44bet.ws.

• Never share your x44bet username and password with anyone — including friends or family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings — it takes under two minutes and significantly reduces unauthorised access risk.
• Log out of your x44bet account when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on x44bet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x44bet does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside x44bet's control.

Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 200.
• Deposits are credited to your x44bet balance instantly in the case of Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within one business day for IBFT transfers.
• x44bet accepts deposits only from accounts or cards held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and will result in account suspension pending review.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal is approved. KYC requires a valid CNIC or passport and proof of address not older than three months.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 1–5 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–2 business days.
• x44bet reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal that x44bet considers unusual in size or frequency.

05Bonuses & Promotions

x44bet runs various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement of at least 10× the bonus amount unless a different requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms. Some promotions have higher requirements — always read the individual offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• x44bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the x44bet website or registered email address.
• Abuse of promotions — including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering between players to minimise risk — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

06Betting Rules

These rules apply to all sports betting activity on x44bet including cricket, football, esports, and all other markets available on the platform.

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked — subsequent price movements do not affect confirmed bets unless the market is subject to an error.
• Minimum single bet: Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, market type, and account tier. x44bet reserves the right to limit individual bet sizes at its discretion.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay between placement and confirmation to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. Bets will not be accepted if the relevant event has already concluded at the time of placement.
• x44bet reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest odds error has resulted in clearly incorrect prices being offered. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome has already been determined — whether due to a data error or any other cause — will be voided and stakes refunded.
• x44bet does not accept bets from individuals involved in the organisation, management, or administration of an event on which that event is offered as a market.

Match Fixing & Integrity

x44bet takes betting integrity extremely seriously. Any player found to have placed bets based on inside information, or to have participated in any form of match manipulation, will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited. x44bet cooperates fully with sporting integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies.

07Casino & Poker Rules

The following rules apply to all casino games (slots, crash games, live dealer tables) and poker room activity on x44bet.

• All casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited to ensure fair and statistically random outcomes.
• Game malfunction — defined as a technical fault causing an incomplete or incorrectly recorded game round — voids that specific round and returns the stake. Malfunction does not entitle the player to any winnings that would have resulted from the faulty round.
• x44bet crash games, slots, and live dealer tables may be subject to individual maximum win limits per round or per session. These limits are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Poker rake and tournament fees are deducted at the rates displayed in the poker lobby. x44bet does not alter rake rates during an active hand or tournament session.
• Collusion between poker players — defined as two or more players sharing hand information or coordinating actions to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on x44bet. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

• Opening or operating more than one x44bet account, whether in your own name or through a third party.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any other technical vulnerability for financial gain.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or that was obtained fraudulently or through illegal means.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity through x44bet.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward x44bet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing x44bet using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the x44bet platform — including but not limited to the x44bet brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, written content, and game titles — is the intellectual property of x44bet or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the x44bet platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any x44bet content without explicit prior written permission from x44bet. Unauthorised use of x44bet intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal channels.

10Privacy & Data

x44bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside this document.

x44bet will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies only as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable laws. 11Responsible Gaming

x44bet is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools which players can activate through their account settings or by contacting support at any time:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits — cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set duration of active play.
• Cooling-off periods — take a break from your x44bet account for a defined number of days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or temporarily close your account and prevent re-registration for a set period.

Once a self-exclusion has been set, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired. x44bet will not honour requests to reverse self-exclusions early. Full information on available tools is on the Responsible Gaming page.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x44bet's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount that player deposited to their x44bet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x44bet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or losses arising from technical interruptions to the platform. x44bet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time.

x44bet is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device malfunctions, or actions taken as a result of third-party software installed on the player's device.

13Amendments to These Terms

x44bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated document will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, x44bet will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the x44bet platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using x44bet and withdraw any remaining balance before the new terms come into effect.
